> What is the most important to you? What are your goals?  I will teach you how to build your strong starting base to take up the actions keep going!

> What steps should you take to achieve your goals successfully?

At each stage I will accompany you and show you the best solutions that you will givereal tools to make your dreams come true or achieve your goals.

It isn’t another standardized training! Techniques and exercises I choose and adjust individually, especially for you and your needs.

Below you will find a more detailed description of each of the four stages:

    At the first stage of the there’s  a 2-hour consultation, during that we will define:

    > What is your actual situation?

    > Is your living space your ally or enemy?

    > What are your real locks?

  1. Values ​​- thoughts – emotions / Super Resources

In the second step, we will work with your values, emotions and thoughts, by verifying whether they are your strengths, or  maybe they block you in personal development and taking action. At this stage I will show you specific exercises, which make you your own biggest ally.

  1. Super Goal! / Super Action

Once you know what and how to work and how to use your resources and strengthen your advantages, we will reach a point where you are able to  confidently define your expectations and goals. Then you will receive from me a set of practical exercises and tips that will make your activities more effective.

  1. Balance / Super You

In the last step we will evaluate the effectiveness of the exercises and techniques. Then we will fit them to you and your activities. We will also determine what form of work is the best for you and set a concrete plan for the next steps you will take to achieve your goals and dreams.
