About me

Hi! I'm Karolina Skulska

My work did not begin with one method.

It began with the body, through physiotherapy, movement, recovery and the physical impact of stress.

Then it expanded into coaching, HeartMath-based heart coherence, HRV-guided nervous system work, nutrition, business, project management, yoga and deep body-mind practice.

I became fascinated by one question:

Why can capable, ambitious people know what they want, work hard for it, and still feel held back by their body, energy, emotions or patterns?

My answer became the foundation of Be Super You.

Real growth is not only mindset.

It is physiology, nervous system capacity, recovery, clarity and the ability to feel safe enough inside your body to move towards the life you want.
