Your 1:1 HRV-Guided Nervous System Assessment

Instead of trying to guess why you feel tired, wired, reactive, blocked, unfocused or unable to fully switch off, we begin by looking at the system underneath it all.

This assessment gives us a structured, strategic way to understand what your nervous system may have been carrying, where your capacity may be leaking, and what needs to shift first.

In your session, we explore your current patterns in energy, recovery, stress load, emotional regulation, body signals, lifestyle demands, goals, and your system’s response when life becomes too much.

Where appropriate, we also use HRV and coherence biofeedback to observe your heart rhythm patterns in real time.

HRV stands for Heart Rate Variability: the natural variation in time between your heartbeats. It gives useful information about how your autonomic nervous system responds to pressure, recovery, emotion and regulation.

This means we are not only talking about how you feel.

You can begin to see part of your physiology in real life.

You can see how your system responds, what activates it, what helps it settle, and what may need more support.

After your session, I review the information in depth and prepare a personalised two-part report.

Unload Days are online or in-person reset spaces created for people who have been carrying too much for too long.

They may include gentle movement, yoga, breath, heart coherence, nervous system regulation and reflection, depending on the session.

The value is not only relaxation on the day.

It is having a structured space to unload the pressure your body has been holding, reconnect with yourself and leave with a clearer sense of what needs your attention now.

An Unload Day gives you permission to pause before your system has to shout louder.

Monthly Heart Coherence Reset Sessions

These 45-minute monthly sessions offer a regular place to come back to your centre.
