This assessment gives us a structured, strategic way to understand what your nervous system may have been carrying, where your capacity may be leaking, and what needs to shift first.

In your session, we explore your current patterns in energy, recovery, stress load, emotional regulation, body signals, lifestyle demands, goals, and your system’s response when life becomes too much.
Where appropriate, we also use HRV and coherence biofeedback to observe your heart rhythm patterns in real time.
